Privacy Policy

Last updated July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Atomic Interactive ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Atomic Newsletters (the "Service"). It covers two kinds of people: our customers (the account holders who use the Service) and our customers' subscribers (the people who receive email sent through the Service).

Information we collect

From account holders, we collect:

On behalf of account holders, the Service also processes subscriber data that customers upload or collect, such as subscriber names, email addresses, and engagement events (opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes).

How we use information

Roles for subscriber data

For subscriber data, our customers are the data controllers and we act as their data processor. We process subscriber data only to provide the Service and according to our customers' instructions. If you are a subscriber and want your data corrected or removed, please contact the business that emailed you; you can also unsubscribe from any message using the link it contains.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that protect it, including:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. Emails sent through the Service may include tracking pixels and link redirects that let the sending customer measure opens and clicks; that tracking is controlled by the customer who sent the email.

Data retention

We retain account and subscriber data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, restricted access, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Account holders can exercise many of these directly in the Service or by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice, for example by email or within the Service. The "last updated" date above shows when this policy was last revised.
